CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 13
Application for restricted gaming licence
(1) A person who is approved by the Minister in writing (the
"approved applicant" ) may apply to the NICC for a restricted gaming licence
to operate the Barangaroo restricted gaming facility.
(2) An application for
a restricted gaming licence must comply with the following requirements
(except to the extent that the Minister otherwise determines)-- (a) it must be
made in a form approved by the NICC,
(b) it must contain or be accompanied by
such information as the application form requires and such additional
information as the NICC may request,
(c) it must be verified by statutory
declaration.
