CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 130
Audit
130 Audit
(1) It is a condition of a casino licence that the casino operator must, as
soon as practicable after the end of the financial year determined for the
casino by the NICC, cause the books, accounts and financial statements of the
operator in relation to the casino to be audited by a person approved by the
NICC to audit the accounting records of the operator.
(2) It is a condition
of a casino licence that the casino operator must cause the auditor's report
to be lodged with the NICC within 4 months after the end of the financial year
to which the report relates.
