Arrangements for supply of Police records
139C Arrangements for supply of Police records
(1) The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner of Police may enter into
arrangements for the supply to the NICC of information contained in the
records of the NSW Police Force to assist in the effectual administration of
the gaming and liquor legislation.
(2) Those arrangements are sufficient
authority for the supply of that information.
