Disclosure of spent convictions
158 Disclosure of spent convictions
(1) Section 12 (Consequences of conviction becoming spent) of the
Criminal Records Act 1991 does not apply in relation to an application for a
casino licence or a licence under Part 4 (Licensing of casino employees).
