Determination of applications
18 Determination of applications
(1) The NICC is to determine an application by either granting a
casino licence to the applicant or declining to grant a licence, and is to
inform the applicant accordingly.
(2) A licence may be granted subject to
such conditions as the NICC thinks fit.
(3) The NICC is not required to give
reasons for its decision on an application but may give reasons if it thinks
fit.
(4) If a licence is granted, it is granted on the terms (including a
term as to the period for which it is in force), subject to the conditions and
for the location specified in the licence.
(5) A licence is also subject to
conditions imposed by this Act.
