CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 45
Special employees to display identification
(1) The holder of a licence must at all times while exercising the functions
of a special employee in a casino wear on his or her person so as to be
clearly visible a form of identification issued in compliance with internal
controls approved for the casino under section 124. : Maximum penalty--20
penalty units.
(2) The NICC may exempt a person or a class of persons from
the requirements of this section.
