Conditions of licence
53 Conditions of licence
(1) A licence is subject to any conditions imposed by the NICC and notified in
writing to the licensee by the NICC on the grant of the licence or during its
currency.
(2) A condition of a licence may be varied, substituted or revoked
by the NICC by notice in writing to the licensee, whether or not on
application made to the NICC by the licensee.
