CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 77
Right of entry to casino
77 Right of entry to casino
(1) A person enters and remains in a casino only by licence of the
casino operator, except as provided by this section and section 78.
(2) An
inspector may enter, and remain in or on, a casino or a part of a casino to
exercise functions conferred or imposed on the inspector by-- (a) this Act, or
(b) the NICC, or
(c) other liquor and gaming legislation, or
(d) another
Act.
