CHILDREN'S GUARDIAN ACT 2019 - SECT 122
Removal from office
122 Removal from office
(1) The Governor may, at any time, remove the Children's Guardian from office
upon the address of both Houses of Parliament.
(2) To remove any doubt, the
Children's Guardian cannot be removed from office under Part 6 of the
Government Sector Employment Act 2013 .
