Removal of responsibility for daily care and control from an authorised carer
131 Removal of responsibility for daily care and control from an authorised
carer
The Children's Guardian may, by notice in writing given to an authorised
carer, remove the responsibility for the daily care and control of a child or
young person from the authorised carer.
