New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf the Children's Guardian reasonably believes a child safe organisation's systems, policies or processes do not reflect or implement the Child Safe Standards, the Children's Guardian may issue a compliance notice requiring the organisation to--
(a) take the action specified in the notice, and
(b) provide the Children's Guardian with evidence it has done so.
