Guardian under section 8W.
"prescribed agency" --see section 8G.
"related body" , for a prescribed agency--see section 8H.
"religious body" has the same meaning as in section 15A.
"Royal Commission recommendations" means the Final Report Recommendations of
the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse .
