CHILDREN'S GUARDIAN ACT 2019 - SECT 90

90 Definitions

In this Part--

"child" means--

(a) in relation to employment as a model--a person under the age of 16 years, or

(b) otherwise--a person under the age of 15 years.

(a) paid employment, or

(b) employment under which a material benefit is provided.
