Future economic loss--assumption about release on parole
26G Future economic loss--assumption about release on parole
In making an assessment for the purposes of an award for future economic loss
about future earning capacity or other events on which an award is to be based
in respect of an offender eligible for release on parole, a court is to assume
that the offender is likely to be released when the offender becomes eligible
for release on parole.
