CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2002 - SECT 40
Application of Part
40 Application of Part
(1) This Part applies to civil liability in tort.
(2) This Part extends to
any such liability even if the damages are sought in an action for breach of
contract or any other action.
(3) This Part does not apply to civil liability
that is excluded from the operation of this Part by section 3B.
