CONVEYANCERS LICENSING ACT 2003 - SECT 37
When disclosure to be made
37 When disclosure to be made
(1) A disclosure under this Division is to be made before or when the licensee
is retained to carry out the conveyancing work concerned, unless this section
otherwise provides.
(2) If it is not reasonably practicable to make the
disclosure before or when the licensee is retained, the disclosure is to be
made as soon as practicable after the licensee is so retained.
