CONVEYANCERS LICENSING ACT 2003 - SECT 86
Withdrawal of direction
86 Withdrawal of direction
(1) A direction remains in force until it is withdrawn.
(2) The Secretary may
withdraw a direction under this Division at any time.
(3) When a direction is
withdrawn, the Secretary is to give all persons who were given the direction a
notice that the direction has been withdrawn. Failure to give notice does not
affect the withdrawal of the direction.
