In this Act,
"neighbourhood scheme" means--
(a) the subdivision of land by a neighbourhood plan, and
(b) the proposals in any related development contract, and
(c) the rights conferred, and the obligations imposed, by or under this Act and the Community Land Management Act 2021 in relation to the following--(i) the neighbourhood association,(ii) the neighbourhood property,(iii) persons having interests in, or occupying, the neighbourhood lots.
