Appeal to Land and Environment Court against forfeiture of perpetual leases
7.13 Appeal to Land and Environment Court against forfeiture of perpetual
leases
(1) The holder of a perpetual lease (but no other holding) may appeal
to the Land and Environment Court against any declaration of forfeiture made
under this Division.
(2) Subject to any order of the Land and Environment
Court, the making of the appeal does not stay the effect of the declaration.
