44A Powers of Supreme Court to set aside or vary restraining orders not
affected
Nothing in this Act prevents the application of the powers of the Supreme
Court, whether conferred on the Court by rules of the Court or under any other
law, to set aside or vary a restraining order or any other order under
section 43 or 45.
