Form of production orders
60 Form of production orders
(1) A production order that a person produce a document or documents to an
authorised officer shall specify the time when and the place where the
document is or documents are to be produced.
(2) A production order that a
person make a document available to an authorised officer for inspection shall
specify the time or times when the document is or documents are to be made
available.
