CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1989 - SECT 67C

67C Obstruction of persons executing a search warrant

A person who, without reasonable excuse, obstructs or hinders a person executing a search warrant under Part 3, Division 1 or this Division is guilty of an offence.

: Maximum penalty--1,000 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years, or both.
