48 Forensic procedures not to be carried out in cruel, inhuman or degrading
manner
Nothing in this Act authorises the carrying out of a
forensic procedure in a cruel, inhuman or degrading manner but the carrying
out of a forensic procedure on a suspect in accordance with this Act is not of
itself taken to be cruel, inhuman or degrading to the suspect.
