CRIMES (FORENSIC PROCEDURES) ACT 2000 - SECT 65
Application of Part 6
65 Application of Part 6
(1) Part 6 applies to the carrying out of a
forensic procedure on a serious indictable offender under this Part as if the
references to the suspect in Part 6 were references to a
serious indictable offender.
(2) A person is authorised by section 62 or 63
to carry out a forensic procedure in accordance with Part 6 as applied by this
section and not otherwise.
