75D Police officer to ask whether untested former offender identifies as
Aboriginal person or Torres Strait Islander
Before asking an
untested former offender to consent to a forensic procedure under this Part, a
police officer must ask the former offender whether the former offender
identifies as an Aboriginal person or Torres Strait Islander.
