Officers of the court may be authorised to exercise court's functions
13 Officers of the court may be authorised to exercise court's functions
(1) The senior judicial officer of any court may, by instrument in writing--
(a) direct that any function of the court under this Act or any other Act or
law in respect of which the court has jurisdiction (including any rules of
court) may be exercised by such registrars or other officers of the court, and
in such circumstances and subject to such conditions, as are specified in the
instrument, and
(b) vary or revoke any such instrument.
(2) This section
does not limit any provision of the Act by which the court is constituted with
respect to the exercise of the court's functions.
