Making of applications
78 Making of applications
(1) An application is made to the Chief Commissioner by completing a
declaration in an approved form.
(3) The Chief Commissioner may at any time
(whether before or after the approval of an application) require the applicant
or applicants to provide such further information as the Chief Commissioner
may consider necessary for the proper administration of the scheme.
