183C Provisions consequent on enactment of Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1997

Section 127, as amended by the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1997 , applies to judgments and orders given or made before the commencement of Schedule 1.5 [6[#93] to that Act in the same way as it applies to judgments and orders given or made after that commencement.
