Powers of Judicial Registrar
18FB Powers of Judicial Registrar
(1) The Judicial Registrar may, subject to the direction of the Chief Judge,
exercise such powers of the Court as are, by or under this or any other Act,
conferred on the Judicial Registrar. The Judicial Registrar constitutes
the Court for the purpose of the exercise of those powers.
(3) A judgment
given or an order made or a direction given by the Judicial Registrar has
effect as a judgment or order or direction of the Court, whether or not the
judgment, order or direction is within the powers of the Judicial Registrar.
