Appeals respecting contempt proceedings
201 Appeals respecting contempt proceedings
(1) An appeal shall lie at the instance of the contemnor to the Supreme Court
from the ruling, order, direction or decision of the Court under section 199,
other than for the discharge of the contemnor.
(2) An appeal under this
section shall be made in such manner and be subject to such conditions as may
be prescribed by rules of the Supreme Court.
(3) In an appeal under this
section, the Supreme Court may affirm, vary or revoke the ruling, order,
direction or decision appealed against or may substitute its own ruling,
order, direction or decision.
