DRUG MISUSE AND TRAFFICKING ACT 1985 - SECT 36E
Licence
(1) The responsible authorities may issue a licence authorising the holder of
the licence to conduct specified premises as an injecting centre.
(2) Nothing
in this Part entitles a person to be issued with a licence, and the
responsible authorities may refuse an application for a licence if the
requirements of section 36F are not satisfied or for any other reason.
