ELECTORAL ACT 2017 - SECT 117
Declared facility
(1) The Electoral Commissioner may, in an approval,
declare that a hospital, nursing home, retirement village or similar facility
is to be provided with a mobile voting centre (a
"declared facility" ).
(2) A declared facility is, for the purposes of this
Part, taken to be an early voting centre while voting is occurring at the
facility.
