ELECTORAL ACT 2017 - SECT 224

224 Court of Disputed Returns

(1) The Supreme Court is the Court of Disputed Returns for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, sitting as the Court of Disputed Returns, may be exercised by a single Judge.
