ELECTORAL ACT 2017 - SECT 269

269 Status of approvals

(1) For the avoidance of doubt, the existence of a provision of a regulation dealing with a matter does not prevent an approval dealing with the same matter.

(2) However, if a provision of a regulation is inconsistent with an approval, the provision of the regulation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
