(1) The registers kept under this Part are to be retained by the Electoral Commission and are to be made available for public inspection in accordance with this section.
(2) The Electoral Commission is to--(a) prepare a copy of each register that excludes the residential address of any person who is a silent elector within the meaning of the Electoral Act 2017 (if the Electoral Commission is aware that the person is a silent elector) and make it available for public inspection at the office of the Electoral Commission during ordinary office hours, and(b) prepare a copy of each register that excludes the addresses of all individuals and publish it on its website.
