Meaning of "prohibited donor"

51 Meaning of "prohibited donor"

(cf section 96GAA EFED Act)
For the purposes of this Division, a
"prohibited donor" is--

(a) a property developer, or
(b) a tobacco industry business entity, or
(c) a liquor or gambling industry business entity,
and includes any industry representative organisation if the majority of its members are such prohibited donors.
