(1) A construction certificate is required for the erection of a building in accordance with a development consent.
(2) However, a construction certificate is not required for the following--(a) the erection of a building in accordance with a complying development certificate,(b) Crown building work that is certified under this Part to comply with the Building Code of Australia .
