Restriction on appeals
21 Restriction on appeals
(1) A certificate given, or declaration made, under section 17 or an order
made under section 18 shall not be challenged, appealed against, quashed or
called into question by any court, except as provided by sections 22, 23 and
24.
(2) An order made under section 19 shall not be challenged, appealed
against, quashed or called into question by any court except in accordance
with the Industrial Relations Act 1996 .
(3) Except as provided by
subsection (2), no proceedings, whether for an order in the nature of
prohibition, certiorari or mandamus or for a declaration or injunction or for
any other relief, shall lie in respect of-- (a) a certificate given, or
declaration made, under section 17 or an order made under section 18 or 19, or
(b) any decision, proceeding, step or other matter involved in the giving or
making of any such certificate, declaration or order.
