ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 14

14 Licences

(1) The Minister may grant distributors' licences for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the granting, variation, transfer and cancellation of distributors' licences.
