ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 4
Definitions and notes
(1) Expressions used in this Act that are defined in the dictionary at the end
of this Act have the meanings set out in the dictionary.
(2) Notes included
in this Act do not form part of this Act.
(3) Words and expressions used in
this Act have the same meaning as they have in the National Energy Retail Law
(NSW) but (unless otherwise expressly provided) have that meaning only in
relation to the supply of electricity.
