ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 63X

63X Definitions

In this Part,
"designated information provider" means--

(a) Dial Before You Dig NSW/ACT Incorporated, or

(b) if another person or body is prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this definition, that other person or body.
