ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 97D
Accredited persons may create abatement certificates
97D Accredited persons may create abatement certificates
(1) A person may create an abatement certificate under this Part only if the
person is an accredited abatement certificate provider.
(2) A person who is
an accredited abatement certificate provider may create abatement certificates
only in relation to those activities in relation to which the person has been
accredited as an abatement certificate provider.
