Obligations under greenhouse gas benchmark rules
97KA Obligations under greenhouse gas benchmark rules
(1) A benchmark
participant or an accredited abatement certificate provider must not
contravene a greenhouse gas benchmark rule. : Maximum penalty-- (a) in the
case of a corporation--250 penalty units,
(b) in the case of an
individual--100 penalty units.
