FINES ACT 1996 - SECT 116A
Delegation
116A Delegation
(1) The Commissioner may delegate to any person employed in
the Public Service any function of the Commissioner under this Act, other than
this power of delegation.
(2) The Commissioner may delegate to any person any
of the following functions of the Commissioner-- (a) the function of serving
notice of an order under section 59,
(b) the function of notifying a
fine defaulter of enforcement action under section 66,
(c) the function of
serving (but not issuing) an order for examination.
