FINES ACT 1996 - SECT 59
Service on fine defaulter of notice of order
(1) As soon as practicable after a fine enforcement order is made, the
Commissioner is to serve notice of the order on the fine defaulter.
(2)
However, the Commissioner is not required to serve notice of a
court fine enforcement order made under section 14(1B) or a
penalty notice enforcement order made under section 42(1AA).
