"road transport legislation" has the same meaning as in the
Road Transport Act 2013 .
"visitor driver privileges" means an exemption under
road transport legislation that permits a person to drive a motor vehicle in
this jurisdiction, even though the person does not hold a driver licence,
because the person holds a licence or permit to drive a motor vehicle issued
in a place outside this jurisdiction.
"visitor privileges" means--
(a) visitor driver privileges, or
(b) visitor vehicle privileges.
