69X Application of Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016--interim protection
orders
Division 3 (Interim protection orders) of Part 11 of the
Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 does not apply to the carrying out of
forestry operations during any period that an
integrated forestry operations approval applies to those operations.
