Power to cancel or suspend a permit without a hearing
159 Power to cancel or suspend a permit without a hearing
The Minister may cancel or suspend an aquaculture permit if the holder of the
permit--
(a) dies or otherwise ceases to exist, or
(b) asks the Minister to
cancel or suspend the permit.
