Waiver, postponement or refund of fees, charges and contributions
288B Waiver, postponement or refund of fees, charges and contributions
The Minister may waive, postpone or refund payment of all or part of any fee,
charge, rental payment or contribution payable under this Act or the
regulations, if the Minister considers it is appropriate to do so.
