GUARDIANSHIP ACT 1987 - SECT 106
Proceedings for offences
106 Proceedings for offences
(1) Except as provided by subsection (2),
proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations shall be dealt
with summarily before the Local Court.
(2) Proceedings for an offence under
section 35 (1) shall be dealt with on indictment.
